The Next Generation iPhone: iPhone 4S

So the verdict finally rang in and no iPhone 5 was delivered. On the other hand, can you complain with all the improvements that were made to the new iPhone 4S? The “reminders” feature on the phone alone is a wonderful and great feature that will help many of us out. Apple was fortunate to win all of us over once again.

Amazon’s New Kindle Ready To Make It’s Android Intro

Amazon is entering a different tablet market now with it’s Kindle. Trust me, this is not the ordinary “kindle” that we’re used to. The new Kindle tablet has a 7 inch capacitive color display and will be running the Android OS.

The report was leaked over at TechCrunch, by MB Siegler, and was not allowed to leak any pictures of the tablet. Siegler did mention that the form factor of the new Kindle tablet is much like the Blackberry PlayBook, in size and shape.

Siegler also stated that “the device is a 7-inch tablet with a capacitive touch screen. It is multi-touch, but from what I saw, I believe the reports that it relies on a two-finger multi-touch (instead of 10-finger, like the iPad uses) are accurate. This will be the first Kindle with a full-color screen. And yes, it is back-lit. There is no e-ink to be found anywhere on this device.” –> Read more

Sprint’s Getting The iPhone 5

Today, The Wall Street Journal reported that Sprint would be releasing the iPhone along with AT&T and Verizon Wireless.

The Wall Street Journal stated that: “Sprint Nextel Corp. will begin selling the new version of the Apple iPhone in mid-October, people familiar with the matter said, filling a huge hole in the No. 3 U.S. carrier’s lineup and giving Apple Inc. another sales channel for its popular gadget.”

Many people were suggesting that the phone might be release in September but lately, evidence has been proving everybody wrong.

The Wall Street Journal also stated that Verizon Wireless and AT&T will also “begin selling the phone in mid-October as well, according to two people familiar with the matter.”

Rumors have been floating around all year about Sprint receiving the iPhone. Looks like the customers might actually finally have a reason to stick around.

Blackberry Bold 9900 Review

The good:

The keyboard on the new Bold 9900 is by far the best keyboard I have ever typed on. I’ve had or used every Blackberry since way backwith the 8700r, yes the one with the trackwheel. If you are an avid messenger on the go, this keyboard is what you need. The next best thing on this device is the addition of the touchscreen. It is not a traditional touchscreen to what a consumer may think of today, but being able to tap open applications, and scroll down through websites, while having the keyboard to jump right into is an amazing blend. Pinch to zoom may not be the easiest task to undertake, but is still possible, however, I would recommend just using “I” and “O” keys to go in and out respectively. –> Read more
